SW11 Apartment, London: 2018

Interior design and renovation of a Victorian maisonette. Built over two levels, layouts were reversed to maximise natural light and create an additional bedroom and bathroom. 

 

Planned as a short term city rental, carefully considered design was essential to keep costs down. Wherever possible a refresh of the space was carried out, utilising existing fixtures. 

 

The apartment now boasts year round short let occupancy, doubling rental turnover, along with repeat guests and 5 star reviews.
