Gather & Gather, UK: Creative Director, 2011-2016

Recruited on an investment model with one mission: Transform MITIE Catering from low spend canteen legacy to one of the UK’s leading contract caterers; complete cultural change.

 

Clare was instrumental in creating the award winning brand, Gather & Gather and it’s design led spaces, doubling revenue within the first year.

 

The diverse 250 site portfolio required Clare to develop cost effective, flexible and on trend design and retail solutions, some examples of which are illustrated below via:

 

Pop up cafes and curated street food festivals; the Gathered cookbook; Gather & Gather’s first app; and retail brand Bench cafe, located within London’s Goldsmiths Centre.
