A term close to Clare’s heart. Frustrated by the ubiquitous sandwich shop offering and the mentality that healthy = flavour free, Clare founded healthy fast food cafe, Root in 2005. Bringing wonderfully tasty food, mindful of varied dietary requirements to London’s streets, Wholesome Seduction was Root’s strap line.

 

With her multi-cultural upbringing, Clare has long believed that by taking inspiration from abroad, through intelligent, innovative cooking, food can taste as good as it makes us feel. 

 

Passionate in the belief physical and mental wellbeing is a lifestyle choice of abundance rather than denial, she started the Wholesome Seduction blog in 2011. Sharing her easy healthy recipes, restaurant reviews, trade articles, travel diaries and curated yoga holidays.
